Adobe Illustrator 9.0+
Adobe Photoshop 7.0
CorelDRAW 9.0

Submitting artwork in other formats may incure additional charges.

Important: Vector artwork is the preferred format for all artwork.  If you do not have your artwork in vector format and will be submitting pixel based artwork, please make sure that your file is at least 300 dpi and sized at the actual size that it will be printed.

Submitting via Email

For large files, i.e. in excess of 500K, please compress files with a file compression program such as Winzip (PC) or StuffIt (MAC)

Be sure to include:

Compression Type
File Type
Single or Multiple File Email
Imprint Colors. List whether imprint is 4 color process or spot colors. If spot, list all pms colors to be used in imprint.


Submitting via Hardcopy

Xerox copies, faxes, business cards, letterhead, and other types of non-camera ready artwork may incur a recreation charge.

We do our best to provide as many stock imprint colors as possible, but we can not stock all colors.  In most cases we can do exact PMS matches and in some of those cases additional charges may apply.
